SoundSip™ — Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All SoundSip™ orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at getgripstix@gmail.com
Shipping Carriers
SoundSip™ ships via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note:
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
- SoundSip™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. SoundSip™ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at getgripstix@gmail.com — we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, email us at getgripstix@gmail.com and we will open an investigation
SoundSip™ is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you to find the best resolution possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at getgripstix@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, email getgripstix@gmail.com your order number as soon as possible.
